Actuarial consultants to a leading offshore insurance company in connection with the establishment of a Dublin IFSC bancasurer, targeting the Italian, German and French investment markets under the EC 3rd Life Directive. 

Services provided included complete preparation of the financial plan input to the business plan required for authorisation by the Financial Regulator, Trade and Employment in Ireland and ongoing appointed actuary services.
