Senior Pensions Administrator - Gibraltar 

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to join our Gibraltar pensions team as a Senior Pensions Administrator.

If you are self-driven and passionate about excellent client service, this is the role for you.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing the day-to-day QROPS administration of our Gibraltar office (BCGL) on the ground and in accordance with the board’s strategic direction including general administrative, reception and office duties
  • Corresponding with members, Gibraltar FSC, Gibraltar Income Tax Office and (to the extent agreed) HM Revenue & Customs
  • Onboarding clients
  • Dealing and working closely with our business partners
  • Processing pension payments
  • Taking responsibility for filing system
  • Assisting with billing and fee collection
  • HMRC reporting
  • Taking responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the pensions and tax database
  • Bank/database reconciliations
  • Providing administrative assistance to the directors when required

The ideal candidate will be familiar with all aspects of pension administration, specifically dealing with QROPS. Candidates should be proactive, with good organisational and people skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
