Covid-19: Boal & Co Updates
Latest update from Mark Kiernan, CEO of Boal & Co
In light of the latest news and following guidance from the relevant authorities we have made the following changes with effect from Friday 27 March:
- We have moved the vast majority of our employees to secure homeworking;
- We will maintain a very small, essential skeleton staff at the office to maintain IT infrastructure, manage post and maintain document scanning as required by our business;
- General call enquiries have necessarily been diverted to an answering service which will be monitored by our skeleton crew but I would ask that all contact is done via email where possible;
- Many of our direct lines have been diverted to colleagues who maintain client relationships. So where you do have a regular established contact you may still be able to speak with them via their direct line, but again I would ask that where possible, email is used as the primary point of contact.
Serving you and keeping colleagues safe remains our primary concern.
We will review these measures in line with the most up to date Government advice and make changes as required.
We are doing all that we can to ensure that you continue to receive uninterrupted service and support albeit perhaps in a slightly different way to what we are all accustomed to.
