For more than 20 years Boal & Co have built our business around a core value, which is to always put you, our clients at the heart of everything we do.
Our purpose as a business is to help safeguard your financial futures and we are here to support you through these challenging times. I want you to know that everyone at Boal & Co is committed to helping you.
Serving you and keeping colleagues safe is our primary concern. You can contact us in the normal way, either by phone or email or via our Linked in or Facebook pages.
Since the outbreak of Covid 19 we have been reviewing our business continuity plans and carefully monitoring the advice from government.
At present we have taken sensible and measured action in line with best advice and for the time being we continue to be able to operate as normal. We will continue to do this by taking a split team approach that increases social distancing at our offices. We will also be utilising homeworking capability where it is necessary or it makes sense to do so.
In the short to medium term we are not:
- arranging or participating in any face to face external meetings;
- conducting any business travel;
- holding face to face meetings with clients or advisors in our offices;
- accepting hand deliveries of mail personally.
We will be:
- making use of conference calls, webinars and video conferences that are necessary for the smooth running of the business;
- responding to all calls and emails;
- receiving hand delivered mail into our mailbox;
- processing business as normal with extra priority and focus on pension payments, new retirements, pension contributions and investment instructions;
- generally conducting business as normal.
We are taking all the necessary measures we can to ensure that you continue to receive uninterrupted service.
We cannot influence the economic impact of the Coronavirus outbreak or how the investment markets have responded to it.
What we can do is assure you that your pensions remain safely protected in their respective Trusts.
We expect to be able to perform all standard processes as normal, however there may be some delays compared to normal operating conditions. Demand for help and support are higher than normal so please bear with us if you experience a longer wait time than normal.
